We are seeking a dedicated and organised Operations Staff Scheduler to join our team at Veterans NGU in Toowoomba, Queensland. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and scheduling our team of operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
What you'll be doing Develop and maintain detailed staff schedules to meet operational requirements Liaise with team members to understand availability and preferences Identify and resolve staffing gaps to ensure adequate coverage at all times Communicate schedule changes and updates to the operations team Provide administrative support to the operations department as needed Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and procedures What we're looking for Proven experience in staff scheduling or workforce management, preferably in an administrative or operations role Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Commitment to providing high-quality customer service What we offer At Veterans NGU, we are committed to supporting our employees and providing a positive work environment.
