The role
This is a unique opportunity to join part of a growing team who are responsible for the smooth running of core business activities, including client lifecycle, employee lifecycle, and roster administration as the primary functions. But it doesn't stop there!

Key Accountabilities
Client Lifecycle Support the onboarding of new clients, including all associated documentation Support the client service teams to maintain current and relevant client information Ensure documentation is collected and stored in line with InLife's policies Offboarding clients and closing out all systems. Employee Lifecycle Support the onboarding of new assistants, including collection and retention of all required certifications Ensure assistants subject to additional and specific requirements are identified and appropriately recorded in associated systems Ensure assistants retain all required mandatory certifications for the duration of the employment Primary point of contact for queries from assistants throughout the full assistant lifecycle Offboarding assistants and finalising all records in line with InLife's policies Roster Administration Establishment and maintenance of locations for rostering purposes Overseeing and supporting the forward roster process by liaising with coordinators about clients' roster needs Reviewing roster compliance, and escalating concerns to client service teams as required Conducting roster approvals weekly, on a rotating basis, including audit of roster approvals to support payroll Working with finance to support the resolution of payroll related queries and reimbursement payments for staff Business Partnership and Continuous Improvement Where assigned a local office partnership, ensure that all requests made by the client service teams are addressed in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for improvement across the operations functions, and propose solutions. Support the development of documentation for operational processes. Support ongoing and regular reviews of the documented processes to ensure accuracy and currency To be successful you'll have
Proven organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal Competency in understanding HR records management and rostering systems Capability in navigating relevant legislative and Award employment conditions and requirements A 'can-do' attitude coupled with an eye for continuous improvement Tech savvy to feel at home navigating multiple systems each day? Additional requirements
You will need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and this is a mandatory requirement before you can start work.
You will also need to have a current driver's licence, first aid and CPR training and a Working with Children Check (WWCC) for some jobs.
