Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)Government - State (Government & Defence)The successful candidate will establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff within the branch to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels across the branch.This role focuses on the delivery of Windows and Office feature releases to Queensland Health computers across the state. Duties include root-cause analysis of incidents relating to these updates, reporting on the uptake of these updates and reported issues, and providing guidance on best practice for teams directly involved with the delivery of these updates.
