As part of our Brisbane-based Operations Excellence team, you will be responsible for analysing data and developingreports in order to achieve our objective of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance data reporting structures and processes in order to provide management with clear concise information to enable decision makingDevelop and enhance, when appropriate, reporting mechanisms in order to generate regular and ad-hoc KPI reportsEnsure accuracy or reported information and timely distributionGenerate ad-hoc reports as directed by managementContribute to station compliance by performing regular "on the floor audits" of FedEx's policy and proceduresCreate and maintain an information database to store internal and external reports and ensure data is backed up at all timesCreate and maintain a reporting matrixEnsure all confidential data is stored securelyAnalyse and interpret service data in order to monitor operational performance and efficiency as well as provide insight into service performance trendsAnalyse service KPI's in line with company models and systemsGenerate regular KPI and quality audit analysis reports for distribution to managementMonitor trends in service performance and highlight potential opportunities for improvement to managementConduct ad-hoc analysis as requested by managementAdvise and consult appropriate management through the proposal of actions in order to increase the efficiency and quality of operationsProactively propose solutions based on data analyses results with the aim of increasing quantitative and qualitative KPI resultsWork in co-operation with management to advise about the most efficient and effective mix of skill sets, resources usage, & staff planning as well as other areas of efficiency gainsProvide analyses reports on business trends and impact of possible changes in the operationParticipate in projects through the provision of high-quality data and information to assist project decision-makingAdminister various operational project implementation plansContribute to a climate of continuous improvement of processes procedures and systemsEnsure a high-level of service is provided to internal and external customersExperience Significant experience in an Operations environmentPrevious experience working in an Analyst capacityProven ability to accurately & effectively report on data and meet production timelinesAbility to communicate with impact and build first class relationshipsMS Office literate including advanced Excel and Access skills
