Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff within the branch to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels across the branch.Provide high level technical skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, preferably with the ITIL framework.Ensure end to end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health.Are you right for this role?

Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in the following technology domains to analyse ICT system issues and contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate solutions and improvements.
