We need help ensuring the security and smooth operation of business systems and technology infrastructure and need someone to join our team as an Operations & Security Engineer to make sure we're running a tighter ship.A bit about the role:As an Operations & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for managing access to our systems, setting up user accounts, and managing permissions. You will work closely with the Engineering and People teams to ensure that our systems are secure and perform regular security audits. Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR would also be highly sought after for this role. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to educate and train others on security awareness and best practices, including phishing and scam email prevention. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role will work closely with Engineering and People teams to implement all necessary security initiatives across the company. Our team is pretty flexible in terms of working; however, there will be in-person work required from time to time at our office in Cremorne, VIC, so we'd love to see applications from those based in Melbourne. Why should you work with us?We're working on a mission to help a billion people improve their health by unlocking the potential of their mind!
