About the Role: We're looking for a seasoned recruiter to help us grow our pool of casual nurse candidates to meet Healthcare Australia's client needs. This role involves handling all aspects of recruitment and daily shift bookings. The goal is to attract, retain, and place candidates effectively according to our clients' needs. The position also involves collaborating with others to develop efficient processes for staff resource management and successful recruitment to meet client demand.

Tasks include:Identify and analyse new recruitment opportunitiesAdopt successful recruitment practices to match client needs regarding skill, continuity and availabilityIntegrate new nurses into the workforceEffectively interview, register and find work for new recruitsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and nurses/carersContribute towards the growth and development of new business within the service lineEffectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate calls Skills & Experience Required:Exceptional presentation skillsEffective communication skills, written and verbal.Intermediate MS Office skills.Excellent organisational skillsRecruitment experience in the Nursing Sector (desirable)Knowledge of booking systemsSignificant experience and demonstrated success in people centric, multi-site service businesses (desired) About HCA: Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
