This role involves handling aspects of recruitment and daily shift bookings. The goal is to attract, retain, and place candidates effectively according to our clients' needs.Tasks include:Support team management and consultants in all recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, recruitment process activities, database management, client reporting and other admin and ad hoc tasks as required, etc.Ensuring compliance with legal & company policies and reporting processes.Integrate new nurses into the workforceEffectively interview, register and find work for new recruitsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and nurses/carersEffectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate callsSkills & Experience Required:Exceptional presentation skillsEffective communication skills, written and verbal.Excellent organisational skillsRecruitment experience in the Nursing Sector (desirable)Knowledge of booking systemsSignificant experience and demonstrated success in people centric, multi-site service businesses (desired)About HCA:Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
