Randstad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic team at Pinkenba.
Our client is a leader in providing comprehensive agribusiness solutions and commodity broking services to agriculture and broad acre companies.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Managing Director to lead the team and manage day-to-day operations.
The Role: Operational Management: Oversee daily site operations, manage staff scheduling, ensure operational efficiency, maintain budget adherence, and uphold quality control standards. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of grain handlers, machine operators, and weighbridge attendants. Safety and Planning: Ensure safe management of grain receivables and out loads, and assist with the planning and resourcing for grain receivables and out-loading. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within grain accumulation or logistics sites. A background in the agriculture industry or farming is highly desirable. Strong leadership and people management skills. A proactive, hands-on approach to ensure efficient completion of work. Benefits: Company-provided work car, mobile phone, and computer.
