What will you do? Within the broader Operations team, the Quality Officer's primary focus is to monitor, review and support quality-based care and service delivery that meets our promise: to provide care that is good enough for Mum and Dad.
Key responsibilities include: Development & implementation of policies that ensure legislative and standard compliance around our offerings (including Home Care).Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to deliver exciting education in line with our policies.Maintaining contemporary quality and care governance systems by ensuring currency of national trends in the aged care and home care environments.Assisting all Villages with Quality Activity audits, data collection, identifying trends, surveys, etc., and collation of responses.Who are you?
