Operations Officer - Mandarin Speaking

Taishin International Bank Brisbane Branch is seeking a bilingual Operations Officer.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Officer is responsible for processing all back office daily transactions including deposit, loan, money market, foreign exchange, and bond.
Key Responsibilities: Process clients on-boarding KYC check and customer files inputProcess daily transactions including deposit, loan, money market, foreign exchange, and bondParticipate in user testing for new systems/functionsWrite/update operations policies and proceduresPerform ad-hoc duties as assignedSkills & Experiences: Tertiary qualification in Finance or other relevant areas1+ years' experience within financial or other relevant areas preferredHigh level of attention to detailAbility to multi-taskTeam player willing to adapt to company cultureExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and MandarinWhat you need to do now: If you have the experience outlined above and the passion to succeed, we would love to hear from you!
