Join the Operations and Housing Support Branch , where we play a pivotal role helping frontline service staff engage meaningfully with participants and provide strategic advice on process delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Secretariat Support : Provide Home and Living secretariat support for all Home and Living decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement : Support Agency teams with Home and Living enquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and complaints.
Process Improvement : Lead and contribute to the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Management & Reporting : Manage, collate, and analyse data to produce reports and dashboards that inform both strategic and operational planning.
Performance Monitoring : Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets, and assist with monitoring and actioning correspondence.
Team Leadership & Support : Allocate tasks, set priorities, and mentor staff, providing support on technical, operational, and administrative activities.
About You: Experience & Knowledge : You have a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, and can apply these to deliver outcomes efficiently.
Communication Skills : You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and provide clear, practical advice.
Problem-Solving : You're adept at resolving moderately complex to complex enquiries and complaints, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
Leadership : Experience in leading teams or mentoring staff, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads in a collaborative environment.
Analytical Thinking : You can manage and analyse data effectively, using your insights to inform decision-making.
