Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm! In this role your key responsibilities would include: Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse Controlling public access to the facility Booking in a range of assets by taking photos, entering descriptions and details onto our user-friendly auction system Locating, moving (using a forklift), and recording the movements of all assets Conducting daily pre-start forklift checks, weekly detail and maintenance checks, and completing forklift logbooks to ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
Loading/unloading trucks of assets efficiently to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
Ensuring all relevant documentation relating to the movement of assets is correct prior to release.
