ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a reliable, customer-friendly and fast-learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Eagle Farm QLD 4009. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm! In this role your key responsibilities would include:
Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse Controlling public access to the facility Booking in a range of assets by taking photos, entering descriptions and details onto our user-friendly auction system Locating, moving (using a forklift), and recording the movements of all assets Conducting daily pre-start forklift checks, weekly detail and maintenance checks, and completing forklift logbooks to ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner. Loading/unloading trucks of assets efficiently to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner. Ensuring all relevant documentation relating to the movement of assets is correct prior to release. Assisting with the preparation of the weekly auction ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
