Operations Manager - Visitor Engagement

Competitive Salary with 15.4% superannuationThe Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking an Operations Manager to work in the Visitor Engagement section.
The Visitor Engagement section delivers quality interpretation and support services to diverse audiences including parliamentarians, building occupants, and visitors.The Operations Manager role supports the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the section by managing the rostering of casual, part-time, and full-time staff.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and rostering diverse teams and collaborating with stakeholders in a customer service environment to achieve quality outcomes.
Effective and respectful collaboration is critical to the success of the position - both internally with stakeholders and externally with tourism partners and national institutions.The role requires demonstrated experience in rostering, supervising staff, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and confidence with a range of Microsoft Office products and digital platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
