The Role:Co-Manage Directors DiaryManage full listing to settlement and post-settlement processData Entry, Managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clienteleFast-paced role! Managing on average 7-10 properties at a time!Great culture & vibrant team environmentPrepare for listing presentations & market analysis researchEnsure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling propertiesConsult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of salePrepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs & original contractsGreat incentives & bonus!
