The Role: Co-Manage Directors Diary Manage full listing to settlement and post-settlement process Data Entry, Managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clientele Fast-paced role! Managing on average 7-10 properties at a time! Great culture & vibrant team environment Prepare for listing presentations & market analysis research Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties Consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs & original contracts Great incentives & bonus! This is an Agent that will support your growth & generously incentivise you! The Candidate: The Ideal candidate will be passionate about the Industry!
