The OpportunityVeolia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and lead the landfill operations at our Ti-Tree Bioenergy facility (Willowbank 4306). In this leadership role, you will provide strategic direction, visible leadership and a strong commitment to ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective and profitable operations that comply with legal, environmental and ethical standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll need to be successfulDegree in Environmental Science, Engineering or or relevant disciplineProven leadership experience managing teams in waste/landfill operations, heavy industry or similar operational settingDemonstrated ability to drive safety culture improvements and regulatory complianceStrong commercial acumen with skills in financial management, budgeting and cost controlExcellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilitiesValid driver's licenceVeolia's AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
