As the Operations Manager- Surgery and Endoscopy, you will provide the clinical, operational and professional leadership to the Surgical and Endoscopy services at Wollongong Hospital, facilitating effective, efficient and safe operational management of the services. This will be achieved by working in partnership with the Co-Director Surgery to lead the delivery of clinical services for Surgery & Endoscopy Services within the Illawarra Hospital Group.
Essential Requirements: Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation (APHRA) as a Registered Nurse. Relevant tertiary qualification in Health Management or equivalent and/or substantial recent experience at a senior management level. NSW Drivers Licence.
