We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our clients growing team.
This role will oversee an experienced team of Service Managers and in-field plumbers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, high standards of quality, and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities: Report directly to the General Manager and other senior management.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Supervise and provide advice to onsite personnel, ensuring high-quality work.
Conduct onsite quality assurance inspections and prepare compliance reports.
Forecast and manage resources effectively to meet operational demands.
Oversee budget forecasting and management to ensure cost-effective operations.
Prepare quotes and estimates for new projects.
Review client and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy.
Ensure onsite safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications & Attributes: Certificate III in Plumbing and Roofing.
Asbestos Awareness certification.
White Card.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
