Your opportunity: This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and lead a cohesive and high-performing leadership team, driving excellence in customer care across our nine Residential Aged Care homes, in this full-time role.
Key to the role will be: Inspire and lead Residential Home Managers to deliver the highest standards of customer care aligned with ACH Group's purpose of 'Good Lives for Older People'.
Foster a positive and customer-centered staff culture through effective leadership and communication.
Advocate for change and continuous improvement based on regulatory assessments, clinical best practice, Aged Care Reform agenda, Internal Audit findings, Resident feedback, and ACH Group Service Transformation strategy.
Ensure effective operational management, financial performance, and adherence to regulatory standards across all Residential homes.
Collaborate closely with procurement, maintenance, and asset management teams to optimise resource allocation and service delivery.
What will set you apart from the rest?
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to advocate for change and drive continuous improvement, with a strong customer-centred approach, in addition to: Bachelor degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related field.
Strong background in financial management, including budget development and financial monitoring.
Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the aged care sector, with a strong track record in operational management and quality improvement.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve excellence in customer service and operational outcomes.
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and trends impacting the aged care industry.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation in response to evolving sector demands.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics to drive decision-making and monitor performance.

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
This means that you can salary package up to $15,900 per annum for living expenses and $2,650 for meals/entertainment to reduce your tax.
