The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the strategic and operational management of warehouse tasks and activities.
This role involves providing direction through coaching and supporting the Warehouse Team Leaders and the wider team.
The focus will be on achieving business objectives by optimizing costs, enhancing service levels, managing personnel effectively, and implementing comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental plans.
This role is based atour Regency Park Distribution Centre in Adelaide SA.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Build on the existing Safety culture, coach employees on safety practices, and ensure accurate safety reporting and investigations Escalate safety non-compliance issues, ensure accurate safety reporting, and lead investigations to identify root causes and improvements Manage inventory performance and accuracy, identify and implement operational efficiencies, and monitor/report on operational KPIs.
Coordinate training, maintain site housekeeping, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the DC P&L performance, operational labour, and inventory objectives, ensuring KPI targets are met and costs are minimised.
Focus on customer service level(DIFOT), team development, and continuous improvement, participating in performance reviews and cross-functional meetings to drive operational success.
