Do work that matters Your role will support the Central & Greater West NSW Leadership Team and is pivotal in supporting a team of Relationship & Agribusiness Executives so they can do what they do best which is to provide a premium service experience to our clients, proactively supporting them to be successful in their businesses.
You will play a key role in promoting a high performance culture and engage and develop our employees through effective on-boarding and other people initiatives.
You will have shared responsibilities for compliance activities and the management of ongoing business expenses.
More specifically, you will: Effectively and efficiently lead the performance of the business' people and operational functions including on-boarding new staff, training, events and customer functions; Assist in strategically implementing business continuity plans and general business plans to ensure that the business performs to the standards set; Stay in sync with all operational business requirements and efficiently handle costs; Passionately deliver extraordinary customer service in all internal dealings (including all analysis activities); Conscientiously analyse and provide valuable reports to managers and assistance to all team members with general reporting; Provide mentorship and assistance to all team members with general reporting.
Turn a spotlight on the way we run expenses in our business to maximise profitable growth; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group's Occupational Health and Safety policies, all other internal Group policies and procedures, and any relevant external legislative requirements. What are we looking for? We are a high performing team looking for a people person with a strong ability to develop and foster relations with a variety of stakeholders.
Success will come to someone who is extremely organised, structured, punctual and goal-focused.
In addition, you will:
Be an authority in promoting and fostering a strong teamwork philosophy and positive work environment; Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; Demonstrate an understanding of reporting systems and processes; Tertiary related qualifications in a Business, or related discipline are desirable, but not essential.
