With a focus on quality, safety, and a supportive work culture, we're looking to bring on an Operations Manager to help us scale up and continue to deliver outstanding service.

This is a role where you'll truly make an impact leading teams, managing projects, and helping shape the future of our business.

As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Operations: Oversee daily operations and ensure the team is on track.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organise work schedules for our plumbing team and ensure project timelines are met.

Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Project Management: Oversee larger projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Health & Safety: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Systems & Efficiency: Help improve existing systems and processes to enhance productivity.
Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, reporting, planning, and audits.
Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
What We Need From You
Relevant Experience: You'll ideally have a background in plumbing or a related field, with at least some knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems.
Organizational Skills: You'll need to be detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Problem Solver: You'll need to think on your feet and tackle challenges head-on.
Strong Communication: You'll be coordinating with a variety of teams, so being a great communicator is key.

Industry Experience: Experience in commercial and industrial plumbing would be a bonus, but we're also open to candidates with transferable skills or a background in operations management.
