Based in Launceston and reporting to the General Manager Quarries, we are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the efficient and effective operation of multiple quarries and processing facilities within Boral's Quarries business. This role is pivotal in steering our operations toward success, driving growth, and developing robust strategies to advance our business and teams. Your Day Will Involve

Regional Oversight: Partner with the General Manager to manage operations, focusing on revenue, cost, and profit while achieving financial and operational targets. Safety and Improvement: Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, establishing Boral Quarries as an industry leader. Budget and Strategy: Develop and execute annual budgets and sales strategies, targeting EBIT, volume, and ASP. Quarry Development: Create and implement a sustainable quarrying development plan for infrastructure and resources. Project Leadership: Lead and manage key improvement initiatives.
