Programmed Facility Management is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our public housing home improvement/repair contracts based in Port Hedland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trade/Maintenance Operations Manager local to Port Hedland or willing to relocate.
What you'll be doing Responsible for service delivery of Pilbara & Midwest operationsDriving a zero harm safety culture to exceed safety targetsBusiness development of new opportunities & growth of existing contractsDevelopment & performance of North West leadership teamOperational improvement to augment financial performanceWorking within the broader WA PFM teamRegular travel in the North WestMonday-Friday with reasonable overtimeWhat we're looking for Track record in business/contract management in a hands-on operational rolePrevious background in facility/building maintenanceTertiary qualifications in leadership/managementTrade background in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting desirableGenuine respect for improving the quality of life for residents in remote communities/regional townsPrevious experience with public housing works highly regardedValid Drivers LicenseLocal to Port Hedland or open to relocationPolice clearance obtained within 6 months or willing to obtainGenuine commitment to safetyWhat we offer At Programmed, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
