Effectively a 2 IC, this position would ideally suit someone with facility, gym or hotel management experience at a 'Manager' level.
The Successful Applicant: As the successful candidate you must be able to provide evidence of the following: Possess a high professional standard with natural leadership qualities; Demonstrate a passion for 5 star quality customer service; Strong interest and passionate about the health & fitness industry; Strong administration and sound financial skills; Extensive operational experience; Effective organisational skills and team focused qualities; Proficient in developing excellent working relationships with all levels of staff and the ability to develop exceptional customer relations with our valued members; and Food and Beverage management experience would be advantageous Pool Lifeguard qualifications or willingness to complete WHS / OHS certification or willingness to complete Pool Operations certification would be advantageous Duties and Responsibilities - (with at least 5 years' experience): Assist with the Club's management, administration, operations, profitability and control of all activities carried out by the Club; To ensure highly efficient and consistent operational processes; To provide leadership, motivation and innovation as a team leader; and To provide operational support to all departments including Reception, Food & Beverage, Tennis/Squash, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool and Sales.
