Operations Manager Kalgoorlie | Ohlmec Pty Ltd
As we head into an exciting growth phase at Ohlmec, we are seeking an experienced Kalgoorlie Based Operations Manager.
You will be reporting to the Company Director and be responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive operation.
This will involve developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base, managing projects, meeting specific KPI's, and ensuring our team delivers high-quality work safely, on time, and within budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage, maintain, and develop client relationships across Mining Operations within the Goldfields.
Oversee successful execution of Shutdown and Project works, ensuring Safety, Quality, and Scheduling milestones are achieved.
Coach and develop site teams to enhance the leadership and technical skills of our workforce.
Collaborate with our Kalgoorlie workshop to ensure successful delivery of Fabrication, Project, and Off-Site Repair works.
Collaborate with resourcing teams in Perth to ensure project requirements are communicated effectively and delivered successfully at a site level.
Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to support strategic initiatives and profitable growth.
Champion safety standards across all aspects of the operation.
Improve operational processes and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS | SKILLS | EXPERIENCE :

5+ years in an equivalent operations / project management position within a maintenance (or similar) industry.
Demonstrated promotion of a strong safety culture.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
A good communicator with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated excellence in identifying process improvement opportunities.
Demonstrated skills in quality control and quality assurance.
