This position involves leading efforts to improve operational efficiency, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with various departments to implement innovative solutions and optimise resources within your region to improve business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for providing a high level of service and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.Qualifications and ExperienceProven management experience with a solid grasp of business management principlesRelevant engineering or trade qualifications (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.)Understanding of the pump industry and fleet management systemsUnderstanding of asset management with the ability to optimise inventory to minimise downtime and improve profitabilityStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build rapportContinuous improvement mindset and desire to drive organisational growthStrong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challengesBe located in or willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie, WA (not negotiable)What you get in returnWhilst there is an attractive salary package and bonus structure, as the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with industry leaders and engage with major clients across the region.
