About the Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager–Investments will oversee head office operations, The 203 restaurant, and the coordination of business activities, playing a key role in ensuring seamless operations across our office, hospitality venue, and various company assets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 12, with 7 direct reports, ensuring efficient operations and staff performance.
Oversee daily operations at our Fortitude Valley HQ, The 203 and company properties.
Manage and maintain company assets, ensuring their optimal upkeep.
Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, contractors, and visitors interacting with Stanbroke's office and private assets.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency across various business units.
Oversee vendor and supplier negotiations, securing favourable contracts and ensuring timely service delivery.
Manage cross-functional projects and support new business ventures to drive growth.
Who We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: You have a degree in Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
Project Management Expertise: Capable of planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, from small-scale improvements to larger cross-functional initiatives.
Proven Leader: You have strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance.
Operational Excellence: You have a track record in overseeing complex operations, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on efficiency.
Relationship Builder: You excel at managing relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.
Hands-On Approach: You're not afraid to get involved and take charge, balancing strategic oversight with on-the-ground management.
Communication Pro: With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you can effectively liaise with teams, executives, and external partners.
