We offer ample opportunities for growth, ensuring you stay at the forefront of the field with access to the latest research and best practices.Position: Operations Manager of InclusionThe Operations Manager of Inclusion is an exciting and pivotal role, responsible for overseeing the delivery of existing inclusion programs across the organisation and driving further growth in this area of service delivery. This role works collaboratively with the Services team and other departments to align efforts with Noah's Ark's strategic priorities and vision.Key Responsibilities:Align all aspects of service delivery with Noah's Ark's purpose, values, and compliance requirements, fostering a positive and values-driven culture.Ensure service delivery adheres to evidence-based practices and meets all regulatory standards.Provide strategic input into inclusion programs and explore innovative approaches to expand the inclusion service portfolio.Lead the coordination of projects and bids to grow inclusion services across the organisation. Support and train direct reports, ensuring they succeed in their day-to-day management roles.Promote safe and healthy work environments by establishing, enforcing, and complying with standards and legal regulations.Champion human rights, inclusion, and diversity principles within the organisation and service delivery.Evaluate programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage the performance and development of direct reports to ensure continuous service enhancement.Collaborate with departments across the organisation to provide an integrated approach to achieving strategic priorities.Develop and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.This position is 0.6 FTE or above, negotiable with the successful applicant. Desired start date: January or early February 2025.
