We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to take charge of our Tamworth branch. In this pivotal role, you'll manage, motivate, and develop the Kenway and Clark Tamworth team. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all divisions work cohesively to meet business commitments and exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will be essential in upholding customer satisfaction, enhancing departmental efficiency, and promoting a positive, team-oriented culture.

About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Tamworth team to deliver exceptional service to both existing and potential customers. You will handle daily operations to ensure seamless coordination among all divisions, supporting Group and Divisional Managers by motivating employees and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and WHS standards at the branch level is a key aspect of the role. As is acting as the liaison between the CEO, group managers, and the branch, and facilitating the speedy resolution of any customer issues.
About You The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with a strong customer-centric approach. You are a leader rather than a manager, a skilled communicator and a collaborative team player, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
You will bring:
Highly developed people management skills. Preparedness to work as a contributing member of the Kenway and Clark team. Fluent spoken and written English. Effective communication skills for managing interactions with various stakeholders. Working knowledge of the Industrial Relations Act and the EEO Act. High level of computer competency, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Pentana (our DMS) is an advantage. A current and clean driver's license. Ability to interpret financial statements to a profit and loss level.
