The VenueA rare and exciting opportunity has opened up for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our well-known, iconic venue in Sydney CBD.
Located in the CBD, this bustling 3 level pub is known for its top-tier service, impressive food and beverage offerings, and commitment to the community.
We operate a venue that is extremely diverse in its offering.
From a ground floor pub style bar, to the level one Asian restaurant, large corporate canape functions and epic nightclub and music events, there is never a dull moment.
The RoleAs the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations across multiple bars, dining areas on two levels, and the gaming room.
You will live and breath all things beverage and POS related.
You will be responsible for overseeing service quality, implementing procedures, and maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, You will lead a team of floor staff and supervisors, and work with a team of duty managers, event, function and marketing managers.
You will provide ongoing development, and help foster a positive workplace culture.
The PersonWe are looking for a hands-on, no-ego leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll need a solid background in hospitality operations, with a particular focus on food and beverage service.
Strong leadership and team management skills are vital, as is the ability to balance a high level of service with operational efficiency.You will have experience across multiple facets of operations and be driven by a commitment to excellence.
HoursThis role requires flexibility, but typical working hours include a mix of day and evening shifts with 1 late night.
