Your mission: to enhance company performance, build on our team and customer satisfaction levels, and set us up to continue our strong growth globally. You will add further A-player talent to our already strong team, build upon our existing systems & processes and ensure we're poised to continue to deliver 4.9-5 star customer experiences. This role is primarily remote (work from home); however, you will need to be based in Sydney and some physical presence in Sydney will be required from time to time.What we need your help withHere are some of the responsibilities you will handle:Smooth Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure the company operates in a calm and organised manner with minimal urgent tasks, allowing the team to focus on primarily important but non-urgent tasks. Put out fires and implement solutions to prevent them. Identify areas for improvement, prioritise, and implement constant improvements.
