We have an exciting opportunity for a naturally driven leader to join the team at our Scape Uni of Sydney location as an Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective operations of the 3 Scape properties around campus which includes: Planning and managing resource levels to deliver high-quality customer service and operations. Overseeing and delivering on-site training for new customer service team members. Managing the collection, distribution, and ongoing development of all relevant reporting requirements related to the property. In liaison with the Facilities team, supporting the preparation and expenditure of facilities management budgets (both operational and capital expenditure). In liaison with the Wellness and Hygiene team, maintaining high standards of property presentation in both common areas and rooms. Management of customer arrears that meet the identified company target. Control of operational costs that deliver an under or on-budget performance. Meeting or exceeding budgeted short-term and long-term revenue targets. Supporting property-specific Sales and Marketing campaigns.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking a highly motivated operator who enjoys leading a team through an engaging and inclusive approach. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service/operations role. Prior experience managing strong effective teams. Ability to monitor and control financials and budgets. The successful candidate will need to obtain a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
