In the role of Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 25 direct reports, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment Streamline operations, continuously improving processes and systems to increase efficiency and quality Oversee daily scheduling, logistics, and ensure projects are delivered on time Collaborate with the styling, logistics, and client services teams to ensure smooth project execution Proactively resolve day-to-day issues and challenges that arise Implement systems and tools to improve workflow and communication across the team Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Operations Manager will have:
Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in property styling, real estate, or a related industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet Highly organized with a passion for streamlining systems and processes Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A team player who is able to work hard and have fun at the same time!
