About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in overseeing the quality of our service delivery and participant care.What you'll be doingIn this role, you will:Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of NDIS participants.Manage the day-to-day coordination of service delivery, ensuring all services are provided on time and in line with NDIS standards.Handle incident management and reporting through the NDIS portal, ensuring all incidents are addressed promptly and appropriately.Engage regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and make necessary service adjustments based on feedback.Work closely with allied health professionals and support workers to ensure seamless service delivery.What we're looking forSignificant experience in a healthcare operations or management role, preferably within a community-based setting.At least 3 years of NDIS experience in a similar role.Proven experience managing NDIS service delivery, client care plans, and incident management.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve operational excellence.Relevant tertiary qualification in healthcare management, nursing or a related field.What we offerCompetitive remuneration and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.About usFlonac Health Services is a passionate and dynamic NDIS provider, dedicated to helping people live safely, independently, and happily.
