Their main focus is all remote resource sector projects that vary in all different aspects of civil earthworks, drainage, concrete, and mining infrastructure.They are currently on target to deliver a circa $100m turnover this FY and looking to bolster their senior leadership team with the key appointment of a highly experienced Operations Manager who is seeking a career route to General Management.Operations Manager opportunity…..The opportunity would appeal to those in Senior / Project Management, Project Director, or Senior Construction Manager roles who are seeking a company where they can grow their career and take this next step.We are seeking a strong operational background, not only able to drive projects to achieve budget and program but also to develop and nurture the talent within the business while engaging and developing relationships with clients both on site and in Perth to ensure future opportunities are provided.Your skillset & ExperienceIdeally BSc in Engineering / Construction Management or similarCurrently working in or for a Civil Contracting business and not EPCM or Client sideProject delivery experience on a variety of different civil-related projectsStrong commercial acumen and ability to engage and negotiate with clients and sub-contractors when requiredFull accountability and responsibility for delivering resultsExcellent communication skills at all levels from blue collar through to the executive and clientsWhat YOU ReceiveYou will be joining some of the industry's best talent while continuing your career journey through the ranks.
