The role As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success and contributing to the development of our key civil projects across New South Wales
Your impact Your leadership will be the cornerstone of our success, enabling us to deliver exceptional projects and exceed client expectations.
Your every day We're looking for a visionary leader to steer our company to new heights in NSW. This is a newly created role in a new market for our business. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Leading and managing the performance of a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and development.Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.Developing and maintaining a positive company culture and ensuring that staff are motivated and engaged.Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies as necessary to stay competitive.
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Providing regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on the performance of the business.Who are you? Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field10+ years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven experience in a high-level managerial leadership position in a scaling businessStrong financial management skills including experience developing and managing budgetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholdersA career with us  Unyte is an equal opportunity employer.
