As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage large, high-priority projects, and ensure operational efficiency across multiple teams. You'll work closely with the Head of Operations and CEO, collaborating to implement strategic initiatives and deliver on business goals. You will also be responsible for data analysis, reporting, and tracking performance using Excel to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
