THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for a naturally driven leader to join the team at our Scape La Trobe location as an Operations Manager.
Operations Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of an asset or assets to ensure exceptional customer experience and the achievement of business priorities. They play a critical leadership role, ensuring that team members understand their expectations and have the skills and knowledge required to meet those expectations.
Plan and manage resource levels to deliver high-quality customer service and operations.Oversee and deliver on-site training for new customer service team members.Manage the collection, distribution, and ongoing development of all relevant reporting requirements related to the property.In liaison with the Facilities team, support the preparation and expenditure of facilities management budgets (both operational and capital expenditure).In liaison with the Wellness and Hygiene team, maintain high standards of property presentation in both common areas and rooms.Management of customer arrears that meet the identified company targets.Control of operational costs to deliver on or under budget performance.Meet or exceed budgeted short-term and long-term revenue targets.Support property-specific Sales and Marketing campaigns.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a highly motivated operator who enjoys leading a team through an engaging and inclusive approach. You will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer service/operations role.Prior experience managing strong effective teams.Ability to monitor and control financials and budgets.The successful candidate will need to obtain a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.PERKS & BENEFITS At Scape, we are all about creating and sharing the good vibes.
