Senior Leadership Appointment - Executive Salary
The Company
Well established and expanding freight forwarder who provide a broad range of services to their clients including tailored forwarding, brokerage and warehouse solutions in a results driven environment.
The Position

Oversee day to day activities and direct the operations teams
Develop, support, supervise and drive performance of your team
Liaise with shipping and airlines, contractors, port and government authorities and overseas agents
Provide strategic recommendations to the senior management team
Develop and implement operational policies and KPI's to monitor quality and effectiveness
Review and improve departmental financial performance
Ensure service delivery to meet clients expectations

The Requirements
This is a critical role requiring:

Strong management, influencing, networking and communication skills
Previous freight forwarding operational management experience
Well developed leadership skill set
Strong Cargowise knowledge essential
Full time working rights within Australia
