About the Role: As the Operations Manager, you will lead operations, providing strategic direction and overseeing systems, finance, and safety. This role offers flexible working hours and occasional work from home options. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic plan to support the organizational vision. Manage systems, finance, and safety, including regular P&L responsibilities. Identify and drive strategic new business opportunities and growth. Understanding of Performance Management practices. Knowledge of Federal and State Workplace legislations.
