Operations Manager

Southern Airlines, based at Moorabbin Airport in Victoria, provides air transport services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to a wide range of customers.
We operate a fleet of multi-engine turbine and role-equipped piston aircraft throughout Australia.
Our business has grown significantly, and we are looking to add a dedicated and hardworking individual to oversee operations.
The Operations Manager, which is a full-time permanent position, will report directly to the CEO.
The role will require attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Responsibilities:Liaise with all departments to ensure all customer requirements are met;Schedule appropriate aircraft, in line with operational requirements and maintenance scheduling;Roster flight crews in accordance with flight and duty requirements;Manage last minute changes and AOG situations;Coordinate and brief pilots, ground crew, and administration;Be available for after-hours calls.Qualifications:Customer Service experience and excellent communication skills;Good levels of computer literacy and technology skills;Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Your application will include the following questions:
