The Role Demonstrated leadership and management experience overseeing multiple sites Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships Identifying key gaps for business development opportunities Handling escalated claims and conflict management with all stakeholders Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements Ensure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & all relevant documentation are signed off The Person Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to grow a business and client relationships Managed delivery process and quality to the highest standards Local industry contacts ideal, however, not essential Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven track record of driving profitable sales growth and strong commercial acumen Offer 120k - 130k + Fully maintained vehicle Phone + Laptop + more Endless opportunities available
