The Role Demonstrated leadership and management experience overseeing multiple sitesManaging internal and external stakeholder relationshipsIdentifying key gaps for business development opportunitiesHandling of escalated claims and conflict management with all stakeholdersCommunicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobsEnsure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirementsEnsure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & all relevant documentation are signed offThe Person Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to grow a business and client relationshipsManaged delivery process and quality to the highest standardsLocal industry contacts ideal, however, not essentialExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven track record of in driving profitable sales growth and strong commercial acumenOffer 120k - 130k + Fully maintained vehiclePhone + Laptop + moreendless opportunities available
