This includes 1:1 support service, group support, short term accommodation and project-based support. The Operations Manager will provide strategic direction and leadership for the delivery of high-quality services that facilitate positive client outcomes. The role will plan, organise, monitor, and control client service operations, and ensure the service areas' sustained compliance under all governing regulatory regimes and frameworks, their viable financial performance, and their fulfilment of contractual obligations.What's on offer?
