Job Description What you will do: Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will work closely with each Park Manager within your regional portfolio to ensure an effective delivery of day-to-day operations including quality assurance and continuous improvement.
The support you provide to your Park Managers will enable a culture and standard of exceptional customer service, presentation, and cleanliness of facilities to maximize positive customer feedback and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, NRMA Parks and Resorts Policies, Procedures, Standards, and Operational Plans.
You will also be responsible for managing key client portfolios and financial management, including cost reduction strategies at an operational level.
The role is based in our Coolangatta office and will involve travel to the Parks & Resorts in your portfolio (predominantly Victoria). When not traveling, we offer hybrid work arrangements with the flexibility to work from home as agreed and required for the role.
