Key Responsibilities: Campus Setup & Expansion: Coordinate campus construction, renovations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Facilities & Maintenance: Oversee building upkeep, develop preventative maintenance schedules, and manage vendor relationships. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; lead emergency protocols and staff training. Canteen Operations: Supervise canteen services, ensuring quality, safety, and effective inventory management. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead teams across maintenance, canteen, and facilities. Budget & Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for operations and facilities projects. Additional Duties: Support recruitment, staff induction, and ad hoc tasks as needed. Key Skills: Project management and campus setup. Vendor and contractor management. Health, safety, and compliance knowledge. Staff recruitment, training, and leadership. Budget management and financial reporting. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Measurables: Adherence to budget Regulatory compliance across campuses Vendor satisfaction and relationship quality Health and safety compliance Health and hygiene compliance within canteen operations Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years of operations management experience, ideally in a multi-site or educational setting. Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and projects. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, recruitment, and performance processes. Expertise in end-to-end facilities operations, compliance, and safety regulations. Experience overseeing canteen or food service operations is a plus. Current Queensland Driver's Licence and Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
