Position Overview: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring seamless service delivery, maximizing operational efficiency, and supporting the salon's growth. Ensure the salon is consistently presented in a clean, professional, and welcoming manner. Qualifications: Experience in operations management, particularly in salons, spas, hospitality, or financial sectors.
